- 1 9" pie crust
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup Karo light or dark corn syrup (or use Golden syrup if you don't
- have corn syrup)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups pecans

- Combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, chocolate, butter and vanilla until
- well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Bake in 350F
- oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out
- clean. Cool before serving.
